Closed, Moved, and Unavailable Locations

Sometimes, you may find that a location on the app has closed or moved. You may also find that a location that is still there in person is no longer available on the app. What is going on, and what do you do?

If a listing has moved locations and you are no longer able to check in, we may not have gotten around to editing the location. Please reach out to admin@bccraftbeer.com

If a listing has permanently closed and you are still able to find it on the app, please reach out to admin@bccraftbeer.com so we can clean that up.

If you are unable to find a listing on the app that is still in operation and was previously searchable on the app, there is a chance that they have chosen not to continue with the BC Ale Trail, and have pulled out. There is also a chance that there is a bug, please reach out to admin@bccraftbeer.com if you have any questions!
