Email Delivery

If you find that emails are not being delivered for listing invitations, password resets, etc please consider the following reasons why this might be happening.

  1. The platform domain is unverified in sparkpost dkim. Most platform domains have low sending reputation so email won't be delivered.

  2. Firebase verification of users at the app level rejected / not receiving

    1. The resolution is to setup Sparkpost smtp in firebase.
  3. firebase verification of admins at api level

    1. The resolution is to set up all users in the smtp settings globally for admin
