If you haven’t logged in since around August 2024, you may see that you are missing some points. This is due to a large update made to the app.

If you notice that you are missing your points or have to make a new account, contact us at support@tourismo.co to reach out for some help, where we will work with you to restore your points. You will need to know/have an idea of what email your former account was under.
